  • At the moment we only have one shipping method which is 5-7 working days within Spain and 7-10 working days for the rest of the European Union.

    Orders are prepared once payment has been confirmed and from Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm CET.

    Please note that if you place an order after 4pm, the order will be prepared and shipped the next day.

    If you are outside the European Union and want to place an order, please contact us.

    We hope that soon we will be able to add more shipping methods to better meet your needs.

  • Don't worry, we can all change our minds… so you have 15 days from the day you receive your order to decide if you want to keep it or not.

    If you want to return it, you will have to contact us by sending an email to info@amarastudio.com and we will send you the address to which you will have to send the bag. Always in good condition and with its original cover. Once we have received the bag and we have verified that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed with the refund to the same card with which the payment was made.

  • We recommend a very gentle wash, either by hand or dry clean. Please note that these are delicate fabrics that could be damaged if not treated with care.

  • If you realize that there is a mistake in your order, try to contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to info@amarastudio.com and we will find the best way to help you.
