SHIPPING AND RETURNS
SHIPPING
Orders are prepared once payment has been confirmed and from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 16:00 h CET.
Orders placed outside these hours will be prepared the next working day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. From the moment of shipment, the order will arrive at its destination in 5-7 working days.
Once the order is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email. And when another is sent when the order is shipped.
The cost of each shipment will always have to be approved by the customer before confirming the payment.
National (Península): 4,00€
National (Balearic islands and Canary islands): 7,00€
EU: 15,00€
In an order over 130€, shipping will be free.
At the moment, we only place orders within the European Union.
PAYMENT POLICY:
All payments made on www.amarastudio.com are secure. We accept Visa, American Express and Mastercard as the only payment methods.
RETURNS:
If you are not happy with your product or something was not as expected, do not worry, you can return your product, as long as it does not exceed 15 days since you received your package.
The return conditions are:
The package must be in perfect condition and with the original labels. It cannot have been used previously.
The item must be sent in the original packaging.
The return cost will be assumed by the customer.
Send an email to info@amarastudio.com to know all the details of the return and the address it has to be sent to.
Once the product is received and we verify that everything is in order, the refund will be made, this process can take up to 15 days.
Refunds will not be accepted on sale items.
PRODUCT DAMAGE:
If the product when delivered has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product and we will arrange the date which works better for you to pick it up.
Once we receive the package, we will proceed to a full refund of the product price, this process could take up to 15 days.
In this case, Amara Studio will assume the cost of the return.
Amara Studio will not be responsible for problems that may arise with the shipping company, if your order is lost due to the transport company, you must contact them.
